Return & Refund Policy

This Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy, along with the terms of use at https://www.rangdhaaga.com/covers the following:

  • Acceptance of product cancellations before dispatch.
  • Acceptance of product returns after purchase from the Platforms.
  • Governing terms and conditions for return or cancellation of products by Users.

Users should:

  • Read and understand this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
  • If in disagreement, do not accept the Terms of Use and refrain from using the Platforms.

Domestic Orders

Cancellation Policy:

1.In cases of cancellation, ensure that you order the cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order has been dispatched, the shipping charges would be non-refundable.

2. If you wish to order your cancellation, please click on the website link.

3. One must bear in mind that all pictures are taken in natural light and so that the product shown on the website resembles closest to how it looks in reality. However, at times the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye and thus a slight variation in terms of colour difference is seen in the product. This is unavoidable. Some products and colours also tend to look slightly brighter in photos as the camera lens always highlights certain colours more.

  Return Policy:

TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND

PARCEL OPENING VIDEO IS COMPULSORY. Without the parcel opening video, we will not entertain any claim.

1. If the package received by you at the time of delivery is in a bad condition or tampered with, please refuse to take the package in. Kindly email us at rangdhaaga@gmail.com. With your Order Id and the replacement will take place without any additional cost.

2. As per our policy, we don’t offer refunds on products that are delivered in pristine condition as per the order placed.

3. All shipping are non-refundable

4. Should you wish to return our product, please make the request within 10 days of receiving it, through this link. Contact us with your Order ID on this email id and we will either refund you with a credit note or refund the entire amount.

5. All cancellation requests for orders have to be made before they are shipped. Only if it cancelled before the shipping, we will refund the entire amount.

6. In case of returning the products, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges.

7. On receiving our product back, our team will do a thorough quality check of the product.

8. If there is an unavailability of pick-up service at the customer’s location, then the customer will have to ship the product by themselves.

9. We do not have any exchange/return policy for international customers.

10. All our products are handcrafted and hand done. Slight irregularities in motifs, texture, and colour are a part and parcel of handcrafted products and lend character to it. Also, unlike the chemical dyed and digitally printed products, handcrafted products are made in batches and not mass manufactured. Thus, slight variation in colour, shade and motif in each batch produced is natural due to the human involvement in the process. However, if the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

Exchange Policy:

1. Please let us know if there is an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product. On receiving our product back, we send the exchanged product to you within 5-7 working days. You can send us the request on through rangdhaaga@gmail.com. And will receive an approval from us within 48 hours.

2. pick up, service is not available for now it will be informed in future.So please parcel will be dispatched by your end.

3. Please ensure that the order details and shipping address are copied carefully as below:

5. We will not process any return/exchange requests after 10 days of receiving the shipment. Please write to us at rangdhaaga@gmail.com in case of any exceptional cases.

6. Once we receive your shipment, we will notify the customer.

7. If there is an unavailability of pick-up service at the customer’s location, then the customer will have to ship the product by themselves.

8. An exchange request will not be processed if the product was customized for the customer.

9. If there is any edging or fall done to the saree, the exchange would not be possible.

10. We will provide you with a coupon code if you want to exchange the product with another one that has a higher value. On your next purchase, you can pay the balance amount and use this code while placing the order.

11. We will refund the balance if you want to exchange the product with another one that has a lower value.

NOTE FOR RETURN &EXCHANGE :

*Products which are bought during a sale will be considered non-refundable.

*Products should not be used or washed for hygiene purposes.

*Products which are customized cannot be returned or exchanged.

*Products without the original packaging and tags will not be accepted.

International Orders:
